NOW you can make a delicious and
healthy  KEFIR by yourself

without using a yogurt machine, which is
very EFFECTIVE and much convenient.

How to make a homemade KEFIR ?


1. Pour 1 pack of ORIGINAL KEFIR (2.1g)
into a milk box of 1000 ml milk.   

  1. Shake the milk box up and down for 10 times.

    Be careful not to spill out of the milk.

 

2. Make sure the milk box is tightly closed. 

    Keep the milk box at room temperature of 25C for 24 to 36 hours for fermentation.

    Do not shake the milk box during fermentation.

 

3. If you see curd on the surface, it's done!

    Estimated fermentation time is adjustable. It depends on what kind of milk you use and the room
temperature.

 

4. After the fermentation, put the milk box into a refrigerator for around 4 hours.  You may enjoy your KEFIR
Yogurt together with honey, fruits or cereals.
